Reservation and Cancellation Terms
When booking, the customer must pay an amount of 50% of total price. departure time : 12h00. arriving time : 13h00. Placeholder is not guaranteed because some changes can be made without notice. However, the services requested when booking such as water, electricity and sewers will be respected if a change of location must be done.
Cancellation fee and change
No penalty will be withheld other than 50% of the reservation amount. This payment already made by credit card will be retained as a penalty.
However, this retained amount may be applicable to YOUR next stay in the same season, depending on availability. On the other hand, when the customer does not show up on the same day of arrival; the deposit retained will not be transferable for another stay. (No refund)
Please note that the deposit is only transferable once.
